AGTERRA Solutions Warranty and After-Sales Service

I. Scope of Policy

This after-sales service policy (hereinafter referred to as “the Policy”) applies to all products sold by AGTERRA Solutions, including the F100 Auto Steer System and RTK Base Station (hereinafter referred to as “the products”), within Australia.

II. Policy Content

  • Warranty Period
    • The F100 Auto Steer System is covered by a 2-year warranty.
    • The RTK Base Station comes with a 1-year warranty.
    • The warranty period begins on the date the customer receives and signs for the product(s).
    • During the warranty period, any hardware malfunctions caused by reasons beyond the customer’s control will result in free replacement. Malfunctions due to human error or those occurring after the warranty period will require paid service for replacement or repair.
    • Products or components replaced within the warranty period will retain the original warranty period.
  • Warranty Service Method
    • In the event of a performance failure as outlined in the List of Performance Failures within 7 days of receipt, and upon verification by AGTERRA Solutions’ remote technical support, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
    • For performance failures within the warranty period under normal use, AGTERRA Solutions will provide free repair or replacement.

Note: Failures not listed above will not be considered as performance failures.

  • Exclusions from Warranty Service
    The following scenarios will void the warranty:
    • The warranty period for the main unit or components has expired.
    • Damage caused by natural disasters (e.g., floods, fires, earthquakes) or external forces (e.g., animals, pests, accidents).
    • Unauthorized disassembly, repairs, or modifications.
    • Installation of non-AGTERRA-approved accessories that lead to failure or damage.
    • The product’s identification marks (serial numbers, barcodes) have been tampered with or removed.
    • Failure caused by improper operation not in accordance with the user guide.
    • Components that are considered wear-and-tear parts (rubber parts, standard parts, etc.).
  • Policy Rules
    Any matters not covered by this Policy shall adhere to relevant Australian consumer laws and regulations, as well as the policies of AGTERRA Solutions.
  • Policy Interpretation
    AGTERRA Solutions’ management team reserves the right to interpret the terms of this Policy.
